DISCLAIMER: All clients must be 18 years of age or older to purchase artwork. I retain the right to ask you proof of age.
I will work with NSFW commissions, including those sexual in content or containing mild gore (cuts, scrapes, bruises, and candy-gore.).
Clients must provide a clear reference sheet. Minor revisions or changes to the commission can be made free of charge three times, after this, there will be a charge.
I retain the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes cancelling and refunding commissions if I no longer feel comfortable working with a client due to circumstance or a manner of rude, aggressive, or impolite communications.
You may make edits to my artwork after you have received it! No need to ask me.

Payments and Commission Process

Payments
• Payment must be sent after approving a sketch/work in progress.
• You must always credit me for artwork you have purchased from me.
• If you back out of paying in full, I retain the rights to ownership of the art and/or design and you may not use it.
• You may not resell the art/design for more than it was originally worth unless you have added additional value (e.g more artwork per design.)
• Payment plans are acceptible when the payment totals to more than $100 US.Commission Process
After submitting an application form or responding to slots opening, I will reach out to you and we can discuss what you'd like! You will never be charged for applying for a quote or commission.I will request payment following approval of a first pass/sketch. You will then be given 14 days to pay this. I will continue to work on your piece after payment has been received. These 14 days do not count into total time worked on your commission.Once completed, I will email/send you the files in full providing the payment is received and product is approved.

Time Frame and Refunds

Unless otherwise discussed with clients privately, my general timeframe for completing commissions is 3-4 weeks.I will contact you if the commission will be delayed in any way. Please be aware that I am only human, and sickness or important matters may delay my work. Art is not my main source of income, so I work on commissions around a full-time job.Refunds
You are entitled to ask for a refund anytime, providing that it is under the following circumstances:
• I have not completed your commission or delivered your design within the agreed time. Late client responses do not count in the timeframe.
• I have not contacted you about any delay.

• Partial refunds are accepted for artwork that has been worked on, but not completed. (50%)
• Chargebacks under any circumstance will land you on the blacklist.
